Waterproof test
IPX1
The rotating table for placing the sample has a rotation rate of 1 rpm, a water flow rate of 1.0mm/min, and a testing time of 10 minutes.
IPX2
The test casing is tilted and fixed at four positions, with each test lasting 2.5 minutes. The inclination is 15 degrees in both directions, and the water flow rate is 3.0mm/min
IPX3
Swipe back and forth at 60 degrees on both sides of the vertical line for 5 minutes, then rotate the object to be tested 90 degrees horizontally, and do the same again.
IPX4
Swinging back and forth at a 360 degree angle, testing for 10 minutes.
IPX5
The inner diameter of the nozzle is 6.3mm, the water volume is 12.5l/min, and the distance from the nozzle to the surface of the shell to be tested is 2.5m-3m.
IPX6
The inner diameter of the nozzle is 12.5mm, the water volume is 100l/min, and the distance from the nozzle to the surface of the shell to be tested is 2.5m-3m.
IPX7
Conduct a temporary immersion test at a depth of 0.15~1.0m, with the lowest end at a depth of 1m below the water surface, for 30 minutes.
IPX8
Conduct a temporary immersion test at a depth of 0.15~1.0m, with the lowest end at a depth of 1m below the water surface, for 1 hour.
Dust Test
IP1X
Steel balls with a diameter of 50mm and without handles or baffles are not allowed to enter, and an appropriate space distance is maintained.
IP2X
Steel balls with a diameter of 12.5mm and without handles or baffles are not allowed to enter, and an appropriate space distance is maintained.
IP3X
Test rods with a diameter of 2.5mm are not allowed to enter and maintain an appropriate space distance.
IP4X
Test lines with a diameter of 1.0mm are not allowed to enter and an appropriate space distance is maintained.
IP5X
Place the test sample in a dust chamber and the test should continue for 8 hours.
IP6X
Place it in a dust chamber for 8 hours under a maximum pressure reduction of 2 kPa (20 mbar).
