1. Oil bearing

Oil bearing uses lubricating oil as lubricant and drag reducing agent

Advantages: The price is very low, and the running noise is relatively low in the initial use.

Disadvantages: The bearing is easy to wear and has a short service life. In addition, this kind of bearing has been used for a long time, the lubricating oil in the bearing sleeve is easy to leak out, the noise will increase continuously, and it will also pollute other accessories.

 

2. Single ball bearing

The single ball bearing (ONE Ball Bearing or Ball Sleeve Bearing) is an improvement on the traditional oil bearing. It adopts the form of sliding friction and rolling friction, and uses one ball bearing and one oil bearing to reduce the cost of double ball bearing. It combines the advantages of oil bearing and double ball bearing. The disadvantage is that after adding the ball, the running noise increases, but it is still smaller than the double ball bearing.

 

3. Double ball bearing

Double ball bearing (Dual Ball Bearing or Two Ball Bearing) adopts two ball bearings, which use rolling friction to replace traditional sliding friction. Therefore, the friction is small, and there is no oil leakage.

Advantages: very long service life, good anti-aging performance, suitable for fans with high speed.

Disadvantages: high manufacturing cost and maximum noise.

 

4. Hydraulic bearing

Hydraulic bearing is improved on the basis of oil bearing. The hydraulic bearing adopts a unique ring type oil supply circuit, which greatly reduces the problem of oil leakage. Its service life is much longer than that of ordinary oil bearing, and it inherits the advantages of oil bearing: low operating noise, obvious reduction of working noise of hydraulic bearing fan, and very long service life, which can reach 40000 hours.
