At this point, remove the fan, usually with a non drying adhesive sticker on the back. Remove it, and you can see the fan shaft. Add some lubricating oil, such as engine oil, and then rotate the fan several times by hand, I feel that there is no resistance or the resistance is very small, and reinstalling it can almost solve the problem.
2. The speed of the Computer fan does not reach the normal speed required by the radiator
We can try adjusting the fan blades to meet the power requirements of the radiator. This not only solves the problem but also saves you the trouble of replacing the new device. You can see the fan shaft, add some lubricating oil, such as engine oil, and then rotate the fan several times by hand. It feels like there is no resistance or the resistance is very small. Reinstallation can almost solve the problem.
3. Not paying attention to cleaning and maintenance
Because the environment where the Computer fan is located is dusty, or has been used for a long time, and we do not clean it very much, it is very likely that the power supply of the Computer fan cannot rotate because of too much dust.
