What equipment is a DC motor specifically

In the process of industrial production, we must have heard of various types of machinery. These machines are all very important for industrial production. Among them, we may hear more about DC motors. But everyone may not be very clear about what a DC motor is. Here we will give you a more detailed introduction.
A motor fan is a type of motor with a fan hub and blades, with evenly distributed grooves along the outer circumference of the fan hub. The blades are inserted into the grooves and permanently connected to the fan hub through welding, bonding, and other methods. The overall balance of the motor fan is good, which can save the labor required for adjusting balance, and the weight is reduced by more than 30% compared to the bolted fan. The vibration and noise of the motor using this utility model are reduced during operation.
Although the motor fan has high reliability, it is still a mechanical component, and its speed may decrease or even stop when used for a long time. Therefore, it is best to monitor the operating status of the fan in real-time to facilitate timely detection of problems. The use of alarm sensors can provide an alarm signal when the fan speed is below a certain threshold, and the speed signal output can achieve real-time monitoring of fan speed. The alarm signal output from the fan circuit has two states: "high level" and "low level". The meanings represented by these two levels are generally in a positive logic system, with high level indicating "fault" and "low level" indicating "normal". The speed signal output from the fan circuit is usually in the form of pulses, with each wave head indicating that the fan has rotated one revolution. This signal can be directly provided to the host for display through the data bus. The speed signal output by certain fans is not the true speed of the fan, but a multiple of the speed, such as generating 2, 4, or 6 pulses per revolution, which must be processed to form a true speed signal that reflects the fan. If you want to distinguish whether the fan speed is the actual speed or a certain multiple, you can use a tachometer to measure the actual speed and compare it with the displayed data. The speed measurement signal of the fan is generally output from a three lead plug, with yellow and black wires representing+12V power and ground, respectively. The other color of the wire is the speed signal output wire. It should be noted that the third lead of some three lead fans is not the speed measurement signal output line, but the speed control signal line, through which the speed control signal is input to the DC motor.
In summary, DC motors are a relatively special type of motor. Unlike ordinary motors, DC motors have blades, which determine their different application ranges. When designing the construction of the factory building, we must consider the installation of different machinery.
