Select the appropriate blade in accordance with the terminal's specifications.
Verify the inner and outer blades' thickness and width.
Installing the blade Pay close attention to the installation sequence to ensure that the installation cannot be reversed. Reverse installation can easily result in blade damage. The blade is separated into upper knife, lower knife, upper knife and lower knife installation.
Height adjustment: if the previous operation of the blade was shorter than the present blade, one must first reduce the stroke before adjusting the large (the current knife - the difference in the height of the blade from the previous operation).
before and after adjustment: to ensure a smooth feeding, fix the terminal as the end of the flat against the lower die.
Feeding adjustment: A. Push the manual feed rod all the way down to the front end to line up with the blade pressure slot's center, B. Tighten the positioning slot push rod's fine adjustment screw until it is fully inserted into the pushing window, and then fix it.
The tension is adjusted at 4KG or more, and the stamping stroke adjustment is done gradually to prevent damaging the blade from too much adjustment at once.
Appearance: Terminals cannot distort, warp, or exhibit line-wrapping phenomena.
