First: To purchase the cooling fan of the chassis, first determine the model and appearance you want, and then determine the voltage, bearing, wire length, air volume, speed, current, noise, etc. Generally, the frame is made of aluminum and gold, and the leaves are made of PBT. Generally, the frame and blade of DC fan are made of PBT.
Second: When you get the cooling fan, first look at the voltage on its trademark. (AC voltage can be divided into 110V, 220V, 380V. DC voltage can be divided into 5V, 12V, 24V, 48V.). The wrong connection voltage will not burn the cooling fan, causing adverse effects on the chassis and cabinet.
Third, see whether the bearing on the trademark is ball or oil bearing. The ball is the sign of HB and oil bearing is the sign of HS. The ball has a life of 30000 to 50000 hours, and the oil bearing only has a life of 30000 to 30000 hours.
Fourth: The power cord is also very important. If the power cord has peeling or copper wire is exposed at the place not welded, it should not be used, which will cause injury to people. If the consequences are serious, it will cause electric shock.
Fifth: The quality of a cooling fan depends on the copper wire and stator of the cooling fan. (The copper wire has pure copper wire, aluminum clad copper, and even iron clad copper. The stator is also divided into pure steel and steel strip.) The quality of the copper wire and stator directly affects the service life of the cooling fan. Good copper wire and stator can improve the speed. Poor use of copper wire and electronics will directly affect the service time of the cabinet.
Sixth: Generally, the operating temperature of the cooling fan is between - 20 ℃ and 80 ℃, and the humidity is between 20% and 85%. Beyond this range, you can choose aluminum and gold cooling fans.
Seventh: If the cooling fan makes noise during operation, the oil-bearing may be caused by no oil or the internal stator displacement of the fan. The ball bearing may have bad ball, or the ball cover may fall off, or the internal stator displacement of the fan.
Eighth: The cooling fan suddenly does not turn during operation. The most likely reason is that the fan blade has been burned out. It may also be the wrong voltage connection (it will turn when 110v is connected to 220v, and it will not turn automatically after 10-30 minutes). It may also be that the internal copper wire of the cooling fan is broken, or the power cable is dropped
