How to maintain the bearings of AC outer rotor centrifugal fans

The importance of wind turbines to us is self-evident, and many wind turbines are very common in our lives. A fan has many components, but bearings play a very important role in the normal operation of the fan. So how should fan bearings be maintained? Let's take a look at some practical maintenance knowledge of AC outer rotor centrifugal fan bearings.
The vibration at the bearing part of the domestic agent of Taiwan Sanxie Fan is very small at the beginning of operation, but as the operation time increases, the dust in the fan will adhere unevenly to the impeller, gradually damaging the dynamic balance of the fan, causing the bearing vibration to gradually increase. Once the vibration reaches the maximum allowable value of 11mm/s for the fan (the maximum allowable value expressed by the amplitude value is as follows), The fan must be shut down for repair (dust accumulation removed, dynamic balancing redone). Because it is already very dangerous at this time, users must not forcibly use it. When the vibration of the fan approaches a dangerous value, a vibration meter will alarm.
The maximum allowable value of fan bearing vibration is:
(1) When the bearing vibration speed is effectively displayed, it is: 11mm/s.
(2) The following values are displayed with bearing amplitude:
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 3000 rpm, the maximum allowable value is: 0.1mm (double amplitude)
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 1500 rpm, the maximum allowable value is: 0.2mm (double amplitude)
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 1000 rpm, the maximum allowable value is: 0.31mm (double amplitude)
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 750 rpm, the maximum allowable value is: 0.4mm (double amplitude)
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 600 rpm, the maximum allowable value is: 0.5mm (double amplitude)
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 500 rpm, the maximum allowable value is: 0.6mm (double amplitude)
When the bearing temperature of the fan is normal, it is ≤ 70 ℃. If it rises to 70 ℃, there should be an alarm if there is an electric control. At this time, it is necessary to find the cause and first check whether the cooling water is normal? Is the bearing oil level normal? If the cause cannot be found for a moment, the bearing temperature rapidly rises to 90 ℃, and those with electronic control should (will) send out an alarm and stop signal again.
At the beginning of operation, the vibration at the bearing part of the fan is very small, but as the operation time increases, the dust in the fan will adhere unevenly to the impeller, gradually damaging the dynamic balance of the fan, causing the bearing vibration to gradually increase. Once the vibration reaches the maximum allowable value of 11mm/s for the fan (the maximum allowable value expressed by the amplitude value is as follows), the fan must be shut down for repair (remove the dust accumulation, and redo the dynamic balance). Because it is already very dangerous at this time, users must not forcibly use it. When the vibration of the fan approaches a dangerous value, a vibration meter will alarm.
In summary, through this article, we have a better understanding of the bearing maintenance knowledge of AC external rotor centrifugal fans, as well as some principles and methods for maintaining fan bearings. This enables us to better understand the operation of fan bearings and some factors affecting their operation, helping us to better maintain fan bearings.
