How to maintain micro high-speed fan

1. Inspection of the lubrication system (it is strictly prohibited to operate the micro high-speed fan without oil shortage) a. If the oil is insufficient, please add oil (the oil grade is ISO standard 46 # turbine oil, and the oil grade can be appropriately reduced in low temperature and cold areas). 2. Air Filter Inspection Daily check whether the air filter is dirty. If it is dirty, remove the air filter, unscrew the butterfly nut, remove the cover, and clean the filter sponge (be careful not to drop dirt into the fan host when removing the filter).
3. Inspection of triangular belt: After the fan has been running for a period of time, the triangular belt will elongate. At this time, loosen the fixing bolts of the motor, move the motor, tighten the triangular belt to a suitable position, and then tighten the fixing bolts of the motor. Note that the end faces of the motor pulley and the fan pulley should be on the same plane. At the same time, check whether the fastening screws of the two pulleys are loose. If they are loose, tighten them.
4. Daily check the flexibility of the safety valve. If it is not flexible, please clean and debug it to ensure reliable opening and closing.
5. Daily check for oil and gas leaks and repair them. If they cannot be repaired, please notify the manufacturer immediately.
6. Clean the fan room daily, keep it clean and well ventilated.
7. Frequently check the operating conditions of the fan and motor. If any noise or abnormal temperature is found, stop the machine for maintenance in a timely manner to find out the cause of the fault and corresponding solutions.
If a micro high-speed fan fails, please carefully inspect it and determine the cause before repairing it. The parts that need to be replaced should be purchased according to the original fan accessory model.
1. Key points for disassembling the main engine of micro high-speed fan
Remove the belt cover and belt.
Loosen the fixing bolts of the end cover on the side of the fan blind cover.
Screw in the two threaded holes on the end cover with bolts and remove the end cover.
Remove the V-belt pulley from the shaft.
Loosen the fixing bolts on the end cover on one side of the V-belt pulley and remove the end cover.
Note: When disassembling the host machine, be careful not to damage the parts, and carefully place the removed parts.
