The brushless motor can work continuously for about 20000 hours, and its normal service life is 7-10 years. Carbon brush motor: can work continuously for about 5000 hours, and the normal service life is 2-3 years.

The carbon brush motor needs to be replaced. If it is not replaced in time, the motor will be damaged. The service life of brushless motor is very long, usually more than 10 times of that of brushless motor. Routine maintenance is basically unnecessary.
6. Use effect
Brushless motor is digital frequency conversion control with strong controllability.
Generally, the working speed of the carbon brush motor is constant after starting, and it is not easy to adjust the speed. The series excitation motor can also reach 20000 rpm, but its service life will be shorter.
7. The cost of brushless motor is higher than that of brushless motor, but because of its powerful function, there are more and more applications of brushless motor. If the cost is not considered, the brushless motor cannot be compared with the brushless motor.
8. The brushless motor needs to be configured with a controller. The occupied space is larger than that of the brush motor.
