1: Select the corresponding blade according to the terminal specification.
2: Confirm the thickness and width of internal and external blades.
3: Pay attention to the installation sequence when installing the blade: the blade is divided into upper knife and lower knife, and the upper knife and lower knife are divided into inner knife and outer knife. After installation, make sure that the blade cannot be installed reversely, which may cause damage to the blade.
4: Height adjustment: refer to the height from the previous operation to the blade. If the blade from the previous operation is shorter than the current blade, the punching stroke must be reduced first and adjusted larger (≥ the height difference between the current blade and the blade from the previous operation).
5: Front and rear adjustment: take the terminal as the end, paste the lower die and fix it, so as to keep the feeding smooth.
6: Feeding adjustment: A. First press the manual feeding button to lower the feed to the front end and align with the blade pressing groove center, B. Adjust the positioning groove push rod fine adjustment screw to make it completely fall into the pushing window and then fix it.
7: Adjustment of stamping stroke: avoid blade damage caused by too much adjustment at one time in a gradual way, and control the tension above 4KG.
8: Appearance: The terminal shall be free of deformation, warping and wire wrapping.
