How To Check The Quality Of The Enameled Wire Of The Cooling Fan

The number of coils of enameled wire can affect the speed of the cooling fan, and the quality of the material can also affect the cooling performance of the cooling fan.
Most of the enameled wires used by cooling fan manufacturers require sampling inspection in the quality inspection center and incoming quality control. Due to the special nature of the enameled wire incoming materials, the incoming materials are calculated based on the number of rolls, the samples are calculated based on the batch, and the samples are calculated based on the batch. The inspection items include:
1. Size: Use a micrometer to measure whether its size meets the standard.
2. Appearance: Check for any indentation, scratches, deformation, distortion, or burrs.
3. Pinhole inspection: Inspection standard: ≤ 8 pinholes/6m.
4. Inspection method: Apply alcohol lamp phenolphthalein, alcohol, water, salt, power supply system, induction cooker, rice cooker, induction cooker tube, and both the induction cooker tube and copper sheet into the alcohol lamp. If there are no bubbles or very few bubbles in the enameled wire within one minute, it means qualified, otherwise the opposite is true.
5. Impedance test: Use a multimeter or impedance tester to test the impedance of 1M enameled wire and identify it according to the standard impedance range.
