What is the micro high pressure fan? The micro high pressure fan is composed of fan blade, outer rotor motor, mesh cover, lead wire, etc. Miniature high-pressure fan is mainly used for heat dissipation. How to design the miniature high-pressure fan?
1. The external rotor fan can realize stepless speed change through transformer or frequency converter, with a wide speed range. Three-phase motor can realize double speed or double voltage through wiring method Y/△ conversion, and single-phase motor can realize multiple speeds through tap speed regulation; The thyristor governor can realize stepless speed regulation by changing the input voltage.
2. Our air volume curve test is conducted under the air condition with the density of 1.2Kg/m3 and the temperature of 20 ℃. It is carried out in strict accordance with the national standard. The measured air volume curve is true and reliable, enabling users to select the model more easily and quickly.
3. The noise indicated in the technical parameters is the sound pressure level A, which is measured at one meter of the air inlet according to the national requirements.
4. Permanently lubricated sealed deep groove ball bearing is installed in the fan produced by our company. For the mechanical structure of the fan, the first two natural frequencies of the fan are obtained by modal analysis through the structural finite element method. The design makes it far away from the natural frequencies of the bearing and avoid the resonance zone to increase the bearing life. The average service life of the fan is more than 30000 hours according to the application situation and the surrounding environment.
5. The motor can be directly led or a junction box is installed at the bottom of the motor. The special length of the lead and the junction box need special instructions.
6. The single-phase motor is equipped with thermal protector inside, which can operate in the environment of - 30 ℃~60 ℃. If the three-phase motor needs to be installed with thermal protector, it shall be stated when ordering. The protection level of the motor is IP54 and IP44
7. Insulation grade: Grade B or F. For applications with high ambient temperature, our company adopts Class F insulation and Class B assessment.
8. Our company also specializes in producing long-shaft outer rotor motor and outer rotor motor with flange. If the customer only needs the outer rotor motor (without fan blade and screen cover, model without installation diameter and fan blade diameter) for the centrifugal fan, the speed, power and installation data of the motor working point should be provided, and it is better to provide the fan wheel and volute samples.
9. Before using the motor, the motor ground wire must be effectively connected to the external grounding device.
